Noēs is a mathematics tutoring platform. A guide named Aby teaches through questions rather than by giving answers directly, so a learner arrives at understanding themselves. Noēs is intended to be set up and supervised by a parent, tutor, or other responsible adult on behalf of a child, or used directly by an adult learner.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately at the email below.
Noēs offers a Free tier and paid tiers (Pro, Max, MaxPro, Luminary) with different monthly question limits, as described on our pricing page. Paid tier billing and payment processing are not yet live; pricing and limits are subject to change before paid plans launch, and we will communicate any changes to existing paid subscribers before they take effect.

You retain ownership of the content a child submits during sessions. Discovery moments captured in the Book of Understanding are the child's own words, preserved for the account holder — Noēs does not claim ownership over them, and does not use them to train third-party AI models.
Aby's responses are generated by artificial intelligence. Like any AI system, Aby can occasionally be wrong, incomplete, or misleading, even when it sounds confident. Aby is designed to ask guiding questions rather than assert facts, which reduces but does not eliminate this risk — the system may still misjudge a student's reasoning, use an imperfect example, or make a factual error.
Noēs is a supplement to, not a replacement for, a child's regular education. Parents and tutors are encouraged to remain involved in a child's learning and to use their own judgment about anything Aby says, particularly on graded schoolwork, exams, or other high-stakes situations. We do not warrant that Aby's responses will be accurate, complete, or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on them.
We aim to keep Noēs available and working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to pause the service for maintenance, or in rare cases due to issues with our infrastructure or AI providers.
You may stop using Noēs and close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Noēs is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VyroNyx Private Limited and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of Noēs — including damages arising from an inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading response from Aby. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Noēs will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where such limits are not permitted).
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do, and will notify account holders of any material change.
